Purple punch is a great strain for those who don’t want something to overpowering. It’s very mild but you still feel the effects. This strain is my favorite during the day because it’s not super strong.

This strain is perfect for controlling my PTSD symptoms. I had been having an episode for a few days when I tried Purple Punch & it immediately put the breaks on it.
It opened up with a clear and bright head high & a moderate euphoric feeling. The effects complimented each other beautifully.
After half an hour the effects transitioned into feeling like my entire body was enveloped in a warm hug and I just melted into my bed.
I hadn’t slept for more than a few hours over the 3 days prior to smoking & my anxiety was through the roof.
5 minutes after smoking my anxiety was almost entirely gone. I fell asleep an hour later and slept through the night.
I woke up feeling well rested and so much better overall than I have in quite awhile.
This one is definitely a heavy hitter but if that’s exactly what you need then this is the perfect strain for you. If I had tried this when my episode first started I might have been able to avoid it altogether.
